In this corporate world we are sitting and working for more number of hours than we are exploring outdoors.
Also kids from this generation are preferring video games/ mobile games rather than playing outdoor games.
Even the schools are simply stressing over studies, neglecting sports or any other kinds of physical activities.
As a result of all such consequences we are commonly facing the "over weight" issue and other health consequences in early ages itself.
Most youngsters prefer to reduce their weight through diets rather than preferring physical exercises.
Diet is a great way to achieve weight loss, but only when followed in the right way along with proper physical exercises.
How do you need to follow a proper diet?
Diet does not mean having an empty stomach all day, or having only liquids like water, tea, coffee, coconut water, glucose etc.
Diet includes both food and water.
Having an empty stomach gives no use, and also leads to weakness and other health issues. In return it will also add up some more weight.
Eating is important, but what are we eating is more important.
Cutting down on white food like sugars, flours, white rice. Cut down junk food and extra oily foods and fried foods.
Have good amount of fruits, vegetables and also meat for protein.
Eat three meals per day, with proper timing and quantity. Drink 3-4 litres of water and also protein shakes and fresh fruit juices will suit your diet even more.

Physical exercise is helpful in many ways. It also relieves stress and pressure.
Be it in a gym, or in a joggers park, or a yoga session. Choose your way to burn it out and fight the over weight and stress.
